SIS Outage Feb 25-1 March 2021

Please share broadly about the changes to advising services during the SIS outage.

Due to a system upgrade, the Student Information System (SIS) will be down from Thursday, Feb. 25th at 5pm until Monday, March 1st at 7am.  Therefore, advising services will be limited to only the Virtual Lobby where advisors will be able to answer general questions because they will not have access to students’ official records in SIS. We look forward to a return to our normal advising services on Monday, March 1st at 8:30am. In the meantime, all advisors/counselors scheduled for VSS Chat are expected to utilize that time to complete Spring Training opportunities in the Advising Academy.
