Rob Nelson to Speak at Reston on Digital Humanities

Rob Nelson, director of the University of Richmond Digital Scholarship Lab, will speak at 1:30 p.m. on November 3 in room 315 of the Reston Center. After discussing some general trends in the digital humanities, he will explain some of the center’s different projects, including a digital tool to analyze Civil War newspapers (see ‘Mining the Dispatch‘) .
