Annandale Welcomes New Dean of Students

Ellen Fancher-RuizDr. Ellen Fancher-Ruiz has accepted the position of dean of students at the Annandale Campus. Fancher-Ruiz has been at the college since 1988. She worked at the Woodbridge Campus as acting dean of student development and high school outreach/student activities counselor and at Annandale as the lead career counselor, a transfer counselor, Pathway counselor and coordinator of counseling. She also has adjunct instructional experience at Prince Georges Community College and George Mason University.

In addition to the depth of experience Fancher-Ruiz brings to this position, she is a National Certified Counselor and National Certified Career Counselor.
