Please share broadly about the changes to advising services during the SIS outage.

Due to a system upgrade, the Student Information System (SIS) will be down from Thursday, Feb. 25^th at 5pm until Monday, March 1^st at 7am.  Therefore, advising services will be limited to only the Virtual Lobby where advisors will be able to answer general questions because they will not have access to students’ official records in SIS. We look forward to a return to our normal advising services on Monday, March 1^st at 8:30am. In the meantime, all advisors/counselors scheduled for VSS Chat are expected to utilize that time to complete Spring Training opportunities in the Advising Academy. Click here to access the Advising Academy.
