Chair massages, tea, origami, and conversations in other languages. Day 2 Mental Health Week

Tomorrow is day 2 of the Mental Health Week in Annandale! Tuesday March 26th. We will have tea, conversations in different languages, origami, and massages! Come to the CF building second floor student lounge. Monday, March 25 11am-1 pm.

Chair Massage: Enjoy a message with a therapist who will use a variety of techniques to help you reduce stress, improve circulation, and relieve pain.

Tea and Chat: Join us for a cup of jasmine, chamomile, or green tea while learning/practicing a different language (Japanese, Spanish, German, Arabic) with our NOVA tutors.

Origami: Engage in creating beautiful designs – we will have origami sheets, and tutorials on how to fold cranes, flowers, crowns, and more.

Kings Dominion Spring Trip! Friday, April 5th

We are going to Kings Dominion on Friday, April 5th.
To get a spot you must first fill out this Google form and then once notified, you will complete the risk form and bring the $20 deposit to Student Life.
