Meet the Canvas Support Services Team

Heidi Redmond Manager of Canvas Support Services Heidi works for NOVA as the Manager of Canvas Support Services. Her team is responsible for all NOVA Canvas related training and support. Heidi has 20 years of background in K12 and HED and previously worked as an instructor/team leader using Canvas in the classroom. In addition to her work at NOVA, Heidi works as a contract trainer for Instructure delivering virtual instruction of Canvas content for Canvas users all over the world. Erin McConnell Learning & Development Specialist | Canvas LMS Trainer Erin is a Learning & Development Specialist and Canvas LMS Trainer for NOVA. She has been managing and training in Canvas and other learning management systems for over 5 years. Before moving to Higher Ed. Erin spent 18 years in K12 public education as an Instructional Design Coach, Teacher Librarian, Educational Technology Manager, and English Teacher. Johnna Denny Canvas LMS Administrator Johnna is the Canvas LMS Administrator for NOVA. She provides technical support to the LMS users. Johnna has been a Canvas trainer and administrator for over four years with background in virtual learning and special education services. Johnna has 19 years in K-20 education focusing on technology education.
