Student Voices Challenge 4: Financial Issues, High Costs and Financial Aid

Over the next few days, the Daily Flyer will highlight responses based on a survey administered to students in November, where they identified 14 challenges that impacted their success at NOVA. Challenge #4: Financial Issues, High Costs, and Financial Aid

Students described difficulties related to the cost of attendance and paying for school. Specifically, they mentioned:

1) high cost of courses

2) cost of living in region

3) cost of books and course materials

4) financial aid process

5) difficulties with financial aid advising
