Mail Service and Package Retrieval Questions

One recurring question in Dr. Kress’ Zoom Campus Meetings is: “How do we receive departmental mail or packages during the remote work period?”  Please contact a Campus Storekeeper to establish pickup arrangements—the contacts by campus are listed below.  All pickups will be conducted, with minimal interaction, at the loading dock. NOVA cannot deliver mail to department offices, help load packages or mail or assist with package deliveries to on-campus locations at this time. During a full remote work scenario, the hours of operation will be 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. You must call or email to verify your mail or parcels are sorted and to ensure someone is available when you arrive.
