CETL Hosts “Making the Most of Remote Instruction” Thurs., April 16th

The Center for Excellence in Teaching and Learning will host the session “Making the Most of Remote Instruction” via Zoom. All are welcome to join for a working lunch on Thursday, April 16th from 12 p.m. – 12:45 p.m.

Facilitated by CETL Coordinator Nicole Tong and offered by Maureen Madden, NOVA online instructional designer & accessibility liaison, and Joan Ehrlich, director of disability support services, this event will include the following presentation topics after which there will be a 15-minute Q&A time:

  • Barriers to and tips for offering remote instruction
  • Universal design / universal design for learning
  • Meeting students’ needs and course communication
