Loudoun Professor Creates Loudoun LASS Division Positive Pause Blog

May 7, 2020 / General NOVA News

Laura Young, associate professor of English at NOVA’s Loudoun Campus has created a fun Google Site, Loudoun LASS Division Positive Pause, to provide an opportunity for her colleagues to adjust and realign during a stressful time. The blog also demonstrates the ease of use and benefits of Google Sites, an application within the gmail suite of apps that all faculty and students have access to. It is a site where faculty can create project-based assignments and students can create presentations. Users can scroll to the bottom of the blog page to learn more about setting up a site for your colleagues or classes.

Click here to peruse photos of “unusual co-workers” of Loudoun faculty and staff and anecdotes that have relatively little to do with work, but do actually lower blood pressure; so, therefore, serve an important purpose…You’re welcome.
