Upgraded Online Student Grade Change Form Now Live

NOVA’s new online student grade change form is now live for faculty use. This significantly upgraded form streamlines the grade change process and provides a secure and efficient way to complete the form remotely. Features of the upgraded form include:

Pre-loading of student information by using an EMPLID
List of courses where the student completed pre-loads after entering the semester
The ability to see current grades by selecting a course
Automatic routing to appropriate offices for signature and execution of a grade update after requesting a change

Thank you to the Information and Engineering Technologies (IET) staff, academic deans and NOVA’s Enterprise Application Services (EAS) team who have been working hard to add this nuanced form to the online form library.
