TODAY! NOVA Celebrates Constitution Day!
Since 2004, NOVA has participated in the annual Constitution Day, a day marking the signing of the U.S. Constitution on Sept. 17, 1787. The day is dedicated to exploring how this evolving document serves as a guide for American life and affairs.
Today’s events will include two main programs organized for Constitution Day 2020. Although the COVID-19 pandemic has encroached on various activities and impacted our way of life, it is no secret that Tuesday, Nov. 3, 2020, marks the next U.S. presidential election. The U.S. presidency is the main theme for these two Constitution Day programs.
