Correction

Yesterday’s Daily Flyer included an announcement regarding a presentation I was described as giving to a student organization, Women in Business. Unfortunately, this announcement did not reflect my understanding of the purpose of my attendance. I regret—but also understand—any concerns the announcement may have created in our community. My meeting with the club is being rescheduled.

The silver lining to this miscommunication is that it offers me the chance to remind you: if you’re a club or organization advisor, please know that I welcome the opportunity to meet with our student organizations for conversation and dialogue so that I can hear from our outstanding student leaders. Student groups should use the meeting request process to ensure that communication is clear. You can find Form 105-205 Here.
