In 2019-20, one-third of NOVA students were from Fairfax County. Students from Loudoun County and Prince William County each accounted for 18 percent of enrollment. Nine percent of students were from outside the NOVA service area.

Canvas and Google have created a partnership to run the NEW Google LTI 1.3, which allows instructors to create assignments in Google and push out individual copies for each student.
