Please share with your students, in class and on Canvas, that the Financial Stability and Advocacy Centers are hosting several upcoming virtual workshops!

If students are in need of affordable health care coverage or are in need of benefits to help supplement their food budget, these workshops offer a smart and affordable way to buy gifts during the holidays. The Financial Stability and Advocacy Centers will be hosting several virtual workshops providing helpful information on health care, finances during the holidays and meeting food needs. Below is more information about each of these workshops and how to register!

Health Insurance Workshop: Learn About Medicaid and Other Affordable Health Insurance Options
During these workshops, a healthcare expert will discuss different types of health care coverage, types of benefits, will help you review options and apply!

Financial Workshop: Holiday Gifts They Will Love and That Won’t Break the Bank!
Join our financial expert in this session to learn about buying gifts that won’t break the bank and that every person will love.

Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) Workshop: Learn About Food Benefits!
At this workshop, a SNAP representative will be speak about the various funding programs and food benefits you can receive, and how you can apply safely from your home!
