The big game is almost here!  Have fun with your family and friends while you watch the game AND get a great workout in at the same time. Remember to use good form. For example, consider using these links for a demonstration of a burpee and a squat. Enjoy this fun Super Bowl workout, and when the game is over, whether your team was victorious or fell a little short, you will be glad you got a great workout with those close to you!
