Women of a Certain Age. Work of Maria Bennett Hock at Colgan Hall thru March 29

Join us for a special showing of “Women of a Certain Age,” an art exhibition featuring the work of Maria Bennett-Hock. This exhibit will be on display in the 2nd Floor Hallway of the Manassas Campus’ Colgan Hall through March 29.

Maria Bennett Hock is a well-established local Artist whose works have been featured at the Manassas Campus, for previous art exhibits. She returns with this recent collection, in honor of Women’s History Month.

“In my late 50’s I found my passion for oil painting, concentrating on figures and portraits,” Bennett Hock said. “I want to highlight people living life to the fullest and not compromising no matter what their age. I selected each of these women specifically for their accomplishments and determination. not to let their age slow them down at all.”
