Faculty, Encourage Your Students to Complete Key Student Engagement Survey

NOVA needs your students’ input! Every year at this time, students across the nation take part in the Community College Survey of Student Engagement (CCSSE). Our students’ participation in this survey is critical as NOVA seeks to understand the college experience and better serve current and future Nighthawks.

The CCSSE will take around 15 minutes to complete. Students can access the survey at this link or using the QR code below. Note: Students will need to enter their VCCS email address in the access code window when they open the survey.

Individuals are qualified to take the survey if they are:

  • Enrolled in at least one (1) credit-bearing or developmental education course.
  • At least 18 years old.
  • Not enrolled exclusively in courses offered entirely to high school students (e.g., dual enrollment/credit).
  • Not enrolled in a lowest-level English as a Second Language (ESL) course.
