TeamDynamix Techs: Please Review 11.9 Release Notes in the Knowledge Base
For those persons with the role of ‘Technician’ in the TeamDynamix-based support portal, please note that some enhancements are coming this weekend as part of the release of version 11.9.
Highlights of interest:
- Ability to filter on user communications and notes in the ticket feed
- Notification reminders for work flow steps
- Ability to personalize the signature file that technicians use in ticket responses
- Project management and knowledge management enhancements

The Support Portal will be unavailable on Saturday, May 11 from 12 a.m. until 4 a.m. while release of 11.9 is being applied to the production environment.
