Update on Requesting Canvas and Edtech Support
Effective immediately, all Canvas and Edtech support requests must be submitted through the Canvas and Edtech Support Portal.
If you have questions after normal business hours or have general Canvas questions, please check out our self-serve resources. Contact 24/7 Canvas Support using the “Help” button in Canvas’ Global Navigation (bottom left icon) for immediate assistance with general Canvas questions. Canvas Support is also available 24/7 by phone or chat.
