Exploring Zoom AI Companion Tools: A Quick Overview

As you start your week, we want to remind you that the new Zoom AI Companion tools are now available in your licensed VCCS account. These features are designed to help streamline your meetings and provide added convenience. Whether you’re curious or cautious, we encourage you to take a moment to explore what these tools can offer. Rest assured, the AI Companion remains under your control—you decide when and how to use it.

Meeting Summary: The meeting host can enable this feature during a live session to generate a summary from the point it is activated. The summary is automatically sent to the host and can be shared with participants via email.

AI Companion Questions: When enabled, the AI Companion can answer questions about the meeting. It can summarize discussions up to that point or respond to specific questions from participants.

Smart Recording: Cloud recordings are automatically organized into chapters with key highlights generated. These highlights can be viewed and shared with others.

AI Companion for Whiteboard: Based on the information available or prompts provided, the AI Companion can help generate content directly on the Whiteboard.

While these tools are here to help, you don’t have to use them if you’re not ready.
