Farewell to Dr. Laura Siko
Dr. Laura Siko, Loudoun’s director of enrollment management and off-campus sites, will soon be leaving NOVA to embark on a new chapter in her life as she relocates to Spain. Laura has been an integral part of the Loudoun Campus for 13 years, starting before she was Dr. Siko and when her only job was managing Reston and Signal Hill. During her years at NOVA, she has spearheaded many projects, solved a myriad of problems, served on College Senate and countless committees, made friends all over NOVA and baked a lot of amazing cakes along the way. While we are wishing her great things for the future, it’s hard to express just how much Laura will be missed by her friends and colleagues.
If you would like to come out to wish her well, join us for a casual “drop in” event on Friday, October 11, beginning at 5:30 p.m. at Nectar Cocktail Bar, 22455 Davis Dr. in Sterling. Find details here.
