SSC to Provide Prompt Pay Training, Nov. 7

The Shared Services Center (SSC) Accounts Payable team will host a virtual Prompt Pay/Receiving training on Thursday, November 7, at 2 p.m.

This training will highlight the critical importance of Prompt Pay and will cover the essential details, including requirements, payment terms, handling disputed invoices, service invoices and COVA W-9s. This training is relevant to the entire VCCS community, from issuing purchase orders to receiving goods and services, ensuring vendors are paid promptly.
