Updated Student Code of Conduct

The Office of Student Rights and Responsibilities is pleased to share that there is an updated Student Code of Conduct on NOVA’s website. NOVA faculty, staff and students should familiarize themselves with the Code of Conduct to ensure students are following the code and are aware of their rights and responsibilities.  

The Student Code of Conduct includes helpful information and resources regarding the rights and responsibilities of students, how to report alleged violations, information on prohibited conduct, the resolution process, who the code of conduct applies to, alternative resolutions and much more.
