Reminder: Shared Services’ Prompt Pay Training, Today at 2!

The Shared Services Center (SSC) Accounts Payable team will offer a virtual Prompt Pay/Receiving training will be held today at 2 p.m.

This training will highlight the essentials of Prompt Pay, including requirements, payment terms, disputed invoices, service invoices and COVA W-9s. The training is relevant to the entire VCCS community and will cover everything from issuing purchase orders to receiving goods and services and ensuring vendors are paid promptly.
