Teaching Faculty Volunteers Needed ASAP for Collegewide Testing Center Initiative
It’s a busy time of year, right? So it makes all the sense in the world that, at this moment of exams and papers, we ask for two teaching faculty volunteers to serve on the Collegewide Testing Center (CTC) Initiative.
- We must identify at least two faculty members to participate in an initiative to assess the feasibility of establishing two Collegewide Testing Centers (CTCs).
- The faculty members will work alongside the CAO, provosts, deans of student success and testing center supervisors to prepare a recommendation by December 20.
- The goal is to include faculty perspectives in the recommendations for expanded in-person proctoring of NOL and Zoom courses.
- Dean Kathy Bohnstedt is leading the smaller group that will produce an initial recommendation.
- The email acknowledges the faculty’s preparation for winter break but emphasizes the importance of their engagement in the next two weeks.
- The attached listening session report highlights the portion about academic integrity and testing centers.
