Due to low utilization and to eliminate multiple security vulnerabilities associated with Mozilla Firefox, the internet browser will be removed from all NOVA-owned devices between Tuesday, May 7, and Friday, May 17. Beginning in Fall 2022, NOVA implemented the Discussions Redesign as the standard discussions format in Canvas. Effective May 7, 2024, instructors at NOVA will not have the ability to opt out of the redesign. This change will only affect faculty who have manually reverted to the old Discussions format.
