Using natural resources and sustainable concepts, we’ve transformed subdivision configurations, entrance features, commercial streetscapes, horse farms, and roof gardens. We are looking for an assistant to join our small business to help us grow.
The ideal candidate will be someone who is enthusiastic about garden design, excited to contribute new and creative ideas for our clients and for the growth of our business. Ideal candidates are highly motivated and creative individuals who are willing to learn in a small business environment, bring improved organization to a growing business, and are interested in gaining access to all aspects of a landscape architecture business that specializes in high-end gardens.
Primary responsibilities: This role is a generalist role that will be involved in all aspects of the landscape architect business. Work alongside the business owner to manage business operations, proposals, and client interaction. Promote positive work atmosphere and bring creative ideas and energy to the table.
Contribute to digital marketing/social media content for the business.
Minimum requirements:
• Technical skills: AutoCAD, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SketchUp, graphic design
• Design and landscape business experience or relevant education
Preferred requirements:
• Business management skills and experience
• Hand drawing capabilities
• Photoshop skills
• Social media skills to include Instagram, Houzz, Twitter, Pinterest, and Facebook
