NOVA Horticulture Club’s Annual Winter Poinsettia Sale is BACK! December 3rd and December 5th from 11am to 6pm both days.
This year we are once again partnering with the NOVA Loudoun Campus Parking Office to offer credit and debit card transactions! That’s right! No more worrying about remembering the exact amount in cash or forgetting your checkbook! Cash and check will still also be accepted.
We will be open to the public for general sale from 11 am to 6 pm on 12/3 and 12/5 in the NOVA Horticulture Program Greenhouse (located at 46447 Ankers Shop Cir, Sterling, VA 20164)
This year we have 14 premium and unique varieties, some of which won’t be found anywhere else in the area! Each 6.5″ pot is $10 and includes a hand wrapped decorative pot foil, a support stake, a protective paper sleeve, and care instructions. All profits go towards the Horticulture Club’s participation in the 2025 Leesburg Flower and Garden Festival as well as supporting education in Horticulture.

All are welcome to attend the First Ever- Fall Day/Career Forum at NOVA Horticulture, on 11/19/2024 from 3-5pm. This is a new event to pair with NOVA Horticulture’s Annual Career Fair which has been held every February or March since 1978 (Stay tuned for the 47th Annual Horticulture Career Fair in February 2025, details TBA).
The event for 11/19 started as a career panel for the HRT 100 class, but the overwhelmingly positive response from Industry professionals (including 5 NOVA Horticulture Alumni!), has lead to the official expansion into a Horticulture Fall Career Day which will be set up as mini exhibition/forum. See the flier and Attendee list below.
