Internship- Yellowstone Landscape

Here’s another internship opportunity for everyone whos still looking for their HRT 297 Cooperative Internship requirement! Yellowstone Landscape, a nationwide company, is looking for interns for its 12-week, paid rotational program which allows students time in the field to develop their technical skills while also allowing them to learn the management side of our business.  Interns will be paired with a seasoned manager to learn different ways to manage crews and properties as well as communicate with clients.  Interns are required to complete an independent project which allows them the opportunity to develop, plan and implement a full-scale project.

With locations throughout the US and several in Virginia, this could be for you if you’re looking for an experience close to home or your next educational institution.  This summer Yellowstone Landscape hosted 19 Interns across the country at multiple locations.  While each Intern experienced different areas of the landscape and turf industry all finished with a solid understanding of the industry as a whole and their potential career path. Are you still trying to figure out what you’re doing during winter break? I know it might seem far away, but trust me it’s coming sooner than you think! If you’re still looking for a position to fulfill your HRT 297 Cooperative Education requirement or looking for real-world experience starting Decemeber 2022, then I have the opportunity for you! Oak Spring Garden Foundation in Upperville, VA is looking for TWO full-time Horticulture Apprentices starting in December! The position is paid, has the potential for housing if needed, and provides PTO, as well as paid holidays! They are taking applications now to begin reviewing on December 1st.
