Faculty enjoyed exploring student polling options for formative assessments and student engagement at the Tech Summit held Friday, December 2 at the Alexandria Campus. The Tech Summit was sponsored by the Extended Learning Institute.

Sessions included a presentation by Center for Excellence in Teaching and Learning’s Nan Peck who guided faculty through polling options that are high tech, low tech and no tech. These include body polling, clickers, Mouse Mischief, Poll Everywhere and hand signals.
