Last October, Dr. Randolph S. Fournier joined the Loudoun Campus as the new dean for Learning and Technology Resources. His focus is on providing faculty, students and staff with instructional technological support. In addition, he brings leadership to the library, computer, tutor and testing centers. His insight on networking, information technology, multimedia and interactive features will support and further the Loudoun Campus mission.
For more than 20 years, Fournier has embraced new technologies and has created environments that foster innovation and creativity for students, faculty and staff. He has designed and implemented various distance learning programs, television studios, media centers, college websites, computer laboratories and library training facilities. In addition, Fournier has managed numerous collegewide projects and has published and presented at national and statewide conferences.
Fournier holds a B.S. degree from the University of Southern Maine, M.S. Ed. from James Madison University and a Ph.D. from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University. Welcome Dr. Fournier!
