Faculty Susan Thompson (AN) and Ginger Primus (AL) competed in the Virginia Senior Olympic games in golf Friday, May 11 in Mechanicsville, Virginia. Thompson won a gold medal with a score of 90 and qualified for the National Senior Olympics to be held in Columbus, Ohio. Primus won a silver medal in her age category. On April 24, the Annandale Campus Wellness Committee hosted a “Healthy Cooking Class” led by Professor Janet Sass (registered dietitian) and Chef Michael Herbert.
