The Extended Learning Institute’s (ELI) first annual Spring Fling was held Thursday, April 19 at Woodbridge Campus and it was a great success.
Both students and faculty were invited to enjoy free food and games and to learn about what ELI has to offer. Caricature artists, a DJ, and basketball stations were provided for students to enjoy. Several members of the ELI Student Services team were available, including ELI orientation specialist, student life specialist and student success coaches.
The event served as an opportunity for students to have some face-to-face time with ELI staff and find out more information about the services offered to them. Students were excited to learn about the student support services at ELI and many signed up to learn more about the courses, certificates and degrees offered.
A big thanks to everyone who helped make ELI’s first Spring Fling a success, especially the Woodbridge faculty and staff. ELI is planning its second annual Fall Fest for later this year, and they hope to see you there.
