Omar teaches Nutrition I and Therapeutic Nutrition I at NOVA. She also offers nutrition counseling in Fairfax and monthly healthy-cooking classes in Chantilly. She has consulted for a variety of organizations including Fairfax County Public Schools and the American Legacy Foundation.
