The fourth annual Women Helping Women event hosted by the Alexandria Campus Women’s Mentoring Program was a huge success. New Preschool Named After Jessie Thackrey

Falls Church City Public Schools has named its newest school building in honor of the late Jessie Thackrey, former member and chair of the NOVA Board. Thackrey served on the Board from the mid-1970s to the early 1980s. The Jessie Thackrey Preschool is scheduled to open its doors this fall.
