“Zombie Invasion” Highlights Disaster Preparedness

“Make a Kit. Make a Plan. Be Prepared.” This was the message of the Zombie Apocalypse events held at NOVA’s Annandale and Loudoun Campuses on September 24 and 25. An art exhibition at the Manassas Campus called “Masquerade” features masks created by studio and art history faculty and students. Some artists painted masks on canvas while others embellished purchased masks with a variety of materials such as paint, markers, glitter and gems.
