Dr. William Kosanovich, Community Based Organizations (CBO) program director, has been working to build a new team and inspire an experienced group of skilled players.

Kosanovich is happy to welcome new staff to the team. Joining veteran CBO specialists Susanne Stevenson and Debi Butler are Ken McGhee and Dawn Titafi.

McGhee, the new financial aid and student services coordinator, is very knowledgeable about federal regulations and procedures having worked at three colleges prior to NOVA. He has a wealth of experience in securing federal aid for students and understands how to increase access to underserved populations.

Titafi, the new program operations coordinator, has experience in curriculum design, educational assessment, staff development, academic advisement and outreach support as a result of nine years of service with the College.
