NOVA will welcome a Fulbright Scholar-in-Residence at the Loudoun Campus in Fall 2015. Dr. Maxim Mokeev, from the Stolypin Volga Region Institution of Administration in Saratov, Russian Federation, will teach Political Science (PLS) 295.
