On October 7, representatives from the Man Up, Year Up and WISE programs presented “Helping Minorities and Women Achieve Their Dreams Through Support, Guidance and Encouragement” at the Virginia Community College System (VCCS) Diversity, Inclusion and Student Success Conference in Richmond. Woodbridge Campus Provost Sam Hill accompanied the group and introduced each speaker.

The attendees were very engaged and asked numerous questions at the end of the program. Many requested contact information to reach out for assistance in starting their own mentorship programs at their respective community colleges.
