Thirteen NOVA faculty will be honored at the National Institute for Staff and Organizational Development (NISOD) International Excellence Award dinner event in Austin, Texas, on May 27 as part of their annual conference. NISOD recognizes faculty from community colleges across the country for their excellence in teaching and learning. NOVA faculty were nominated by their campus provosts and approved by NOVA President Scott Ralls.

Established in 1991, the NISOD Excellence Awards have honored more than 25,000 individuals.
