Winners Announced for “Name the WDD Catalog” Contest

The “Name the WDD Catalog” contest was launched to all NOVA staff by the Workforce Development Division on September 25. The contest had a fantastic response, with more than 140 names and slogans submitted by NOVA staff. Almost 400 NOVA staff members voted on the submissions. Annandale’s faculty and staff Weight Watchers group lost big this week! The team of 19 lost 52.2 pounds collectively. Nineteen Annandale Faculty and Staff on Board With Weight Watchers

Annandale Campus had their first Weight Watchers Informational Meeting where 19 faculty and staff got together to start Weight Watchers for an 18-week series. Comfort Uanserume (Student Services) and Margarita Martinez (Counseling) along with Weight Watchers got a representative to come and offer “At-Work” weekly meetings.
