Summer 2017

Welcome to the Summer semester.  I am teaching Real Estate Law (LGL 115 – E40A) online this summer.  It is an eight (8) week course taught entirely online. It is an introductory course and learners of all levels are welcome.  The course has the following objectives:

Studies law of real property, and gives in-depth survey of more common types of real estate transactions and conveyances such as deeds, contracts, leases, and deeds of trust. Focuses on drafting these various instruments, and studies the system of recording and searching public documents.

Paralegal Studies Associate of Applied Science Degree

The curriculum is designed to provide an individual with a sufficient level of knowledge, understanding and proficiency to perform the tasks associated with meeting a client’s needs. These tasks can be performed by a trained paralegal or legal assistant working under the direction and supervision of an attorney.
