Evidence-Base Practice Resources

Around the MEC we hear the term “Evidence-based Practice” pretty much every day.  EBP is when you make decisions on how to treat your patient based on the best available evidence, your expertise, and the patient preferences.  Sounds pretty important right.  The NOVA Libraries have some great EBP point-of-care databases that can really help you find great information based on the best available evidence.

Nursing Reference Center

Evidence-based resource designed for point-of-care.  Includes evidence-based care sheets, quick lessons, patient education handouts, drug information, and continuing education materials.
