A new feature called FindTime has been added into Microsoft Outlook to make scheduling with your colleagues much easier.
The following screenshots showing you how to access FindTime are from https://findtime.microsoft.com. In this site, you can use “Install for Free” to install the add-on. Once it’s done, restart your Outlook and you will find it in your application.
