We offer many resources and services that can help both you and your students. Please stop by the Woodbridge library in the Arts & Sciences Building room 230, and let us know how we can help!
Library Instruction—Bring your class to the library to learn valuable research skills using NOVA’s book catalog and databases. Sessions can be tailored to specific class assignments. Attention will be given to developing good research skills, locating and selecting appropriate online and print materials, and citing sources. Appointments can be made in person, by phone (703 878-5733) or from the link below.
*Library Instruction Area – Library instruction/research is the priority for the library instruction area. Faculty should contact library staff regarding availability for other uses. The library is unable to accommodate semester length or regular use of the instruction area for other programs.

Persistent URLs Stable links to articles, search results, or e-book chapters in the online library databases.
Reserves—Place library materials, personal copies, audiovisuals, and class lectures on reserve for your students to use in the library.

Copyright Information — Confused about copyright? Get some answers here.
Material Selection—Request purchase of individual titles or materials in specific subject areas for the library collection. Consider coming into the library to evaluate your subject specialty area with the collection.
Interlibrary Loans—NOVA librarians can locate and request materials nationwide for your research needs.
Intercampus Loans –materials from other NOVA Campuses can be sent to the pickup location campus of your choice.
