  2. 3 p.m. Decoration of cafeteria
  3. 4p.m. Bringing FOOD (this is a potluck)/Arrival of food to the cafeteria
  4. 5:00 -7:00p.m. Help Serving Food
  5. 5:00 -7:00 p.m. Music/DJ 5:00-7:00p.m. (bring music)
    7:00-8:00 p.m.  Clean-up cafeteria
    6:00p.m.    Wear an Outfit/Traditional Dress, DISPLAY OF NATIONS
