As part of Lockheed Martin’s continued commitment to supporting the academic endeavors of students across the nation and a strengthened focus on students and learners at two-year institutions, we are pleased to announce the launch of the 2021 Lockheed Martin Vocational Scholarship program.
Lockheed Martin’s Vocational Scholarship Program is the first of its kind within the aerospace and defense industry and awards up to $6,600 to as many as 150 recipients each year. This program targets high school seniors or high school graduates (or GED equivalent) pursuing associate degrees, credit-bearing certificates, or industry-recognized credentials in technology and advanced manufacturing disciplines that do not require a bachelor’s or advanced degree. Through this scholarship, Lockheed Martin hopes to encourage learners of all ages to consider a rewarding career in this important industry.
