Arlington Thrive
The Daily Emergency Fund provides same-day, one-time emergency assistance to Arlington residents who find themselves in a financial crisis. The program pays rent, utility bills, medical and dental bills, prescriptions, transportation and some work-related expenses.

Lifeline Program for Low-Income Consumers

  • Provides a discount on phone service for qualifying low-income consumers to ensure that all Americans have the opportunities and security that phone service brings, including being able to connect to jobs, family and emergency services.
