All NOVA students are invited to join the Green Club, the Alexandria campus’ environmental club.  Last year, we visited museums, attended conferences, participated in Earth Day activities, and revived the campus garden.

What will we do this year?  That’s up to YOU!

ENV 121 students debate how to address the problem of nutrient pollution in the Chesapeake Bay.  Students represent different stakeholders: chicken farmers, a big chicken corporation, fishermen, and environmentalists.

Registration for Summer 2018 classes begins March 27.  I am offering ENV 121 during the first 5 weeks session.  Class is MTWR 10am-2:40pm starting on 5/29.  Search for classes here. Register using myNOVA.

This year, Film Collaborative International is presenting films on climate change as part of the Festival.  The Festival will be on 4/26 6-9pm so save the date!

We offer several options for ENV 121 and ENV 122 in Spring 2018.
